Information collected
The current public pages do not include an account, application, donation checkout, or program enrollment form. The homepage does include an optional Ask Z21 AI text and voice question interface. If you contact Z21 by email, Z21 may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
Ask Z21 AI and voice input
If you submit a question to Ask Z21 AI, your question and request context may be sent to an external AI inference provider to produce an answer, subject to the provider selected by the service. If live providers are unavailable, Z21 may respond with a clearly labeled prewritten information guide. On supported browsers, tapping the microphone uses your browser’s speech recognition capability to turn speech into text. Availability, processing, and applicable provider terms may vary. Do not submit sensitive information in an AI question, including confidential case details, medical records, passwords, or another person’s private information. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are not a substitute for a confirmed human response.
Technical and log information
Hosting and network infrastructure may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and diagnostic or security logs.
Cookies and analytics
The Z21 public pages do not intentionally add advertising cookies or analytics tools in this release. The broader HXOS application may use necessary authentication cookies on authenticated routes outside this public site. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced later, this policy should be updated before or when they are enabled.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, understand the nature of a request, maintain security, troubleshoot the site, keep appropriate records, and evaluate potential community, volunteer, or organizational conversations. An inquiry does not guarantee aid, services, eligibility, or a response.
Third-party services
The site uses hosting infrastructure and, when Ask Z21 AI is submitted, may rely on third-party AI and browser speech-recognition providers, which can process the content submitted. We do not represent that AI processing occurs entirely on Z21 infrastructure. The site also depends on internet infrastructure that processes technical information. A mail link opens the visitor’s chosen email provider, which operates under its own privacy terms. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ policies. This release does not connect a visitor to TikTok or another social platform merely by viewing the site.
Data security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, complete financial account details, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information by public email.
Children and minors
This informational site is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A parent, guardian, or appropriately authorized adult should make inquiries involving a minor. Do not send a child’s sensitive information through public email.
Retention
Email and operational records may be retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, security, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or dispute prevention, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Exact periods may vary with the record and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to email Z21 or include optional information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously provided, subject to identity verification and any legitimate retention obligations.

This policy may change as the website and Z21 operations develop. Material revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
